Can I Take Probiotics While Taking A Candida Cleanse?
Greetings. Eric Bakker, the naturopath. Thank you for coming back. I always appreciate people looking at these videos. It's great. Okay.
The question today is can I take probiotics while taking Candida Cleanse? You can. Probiotics are one of the most important things you can take when you're doing a cleanse. But I've found from experience the optimal probiotic supplements to take with Candida Cleanse contain enzymes with them. Every single person, in my opinion, undergoing a Candida Cleanse needs some type of digestive enzyme.
It may be one for the stomach to increase the output of hydrochloric acid a little bit more, but often it means that we need to work on the pancreas a little bit more aggressively. We need to put enzymes into that part of the body to help break fats down, proteins down, carbohydrates down.
Many people who undergo a Candida Cleanse have got imbalanced bacteria or poor bacteria. They're not properly breaking food down. They suffer from bloating. They suffer from gas. They've got poor levels of beneficial bacteria. They've got lower levels of various types of digestive enzymes.
They've also got organs like stomach, pancreas, and small intestine that are functioning a little bit below par. They're not sick or diseased. Their function is just a bit reduced.
If we want to prop these guys up, we give them probiotics. We give them enzymes. Giving them both at the same time is a very smart decision. You can buy two different types of supplements and take them or you can get one product and take them both in one product, which to me is a much smarter move, because you're placing enzymes and probiotics exactly where you want them at the same place in the digestive tract. They function better like that.
After years and years of combining different types of supplements, I thought, "What a dumb idea to get people to buy bottle of this product and a bottle of that product. Why not create a product with all of those special enzymes and probiotics in them so a person can just take one of those once or twice a day, saves money, and it expediates your recovery?" And that product is called CanXida Restore. That's this green product here. That one. So that's got the enzymes in it and the probiotics.
Now, I put the strains of probiotics in there which I believe are the best ones for people with candida problems. Probiotics are the last supplement that you stop, so you can keep on them for a fair period of time. Three months, six months, or 12 months. Best to take long period one per day rather than high dose short duration.
You're going to get a much, much better outcome doing that. Inthat long period of time, of course, you're eating foods that are conducive to building up the levels of probiotics. So needless to say, drinking three cans of Budweiser beer and having a piece of pizza for breakfast every morning is not very conducive for building good bacteria.
Having rolled oats with bernies is a lot better than pizza and beer. Wouldn't you agree? So if you get my point, there's no point taking probiotics if you're not eating good food to support those probiotics.
I've made plenty of videos on this channel regarding prebiotic foods I'd like you to look at. Don't make the mistake of taking probiotics with prebiotic sugars in them, like [inaudible]. Every single day, I get at least one patient who complains to me about being on a product that made him feel quite sick. When I examine the product, "There it goes again," I think to myself. A probiotic with a prebiotic. These people are putting these sugars into their gut.
They can't handle it, so they're getting bloated and gas. When they go back to their practitioner, they're told, "It's die off. It's die off. Don't worry about it." What a load of crap. It's not die off. It's sugar feed time. That's what it is. So if you get a gut problem a lot worse after a probiotic with a prebiotic, bin that product. Just bin it. Throw it away. Get one without prebiotics in it. I gave up using these supplements years ago. I found them too problematic with many people, so I just use probiotics now with enzymes. I find that a much better move.
Can I take probiotics when on the Candida Cleanse? It's paramount. In 90% of cases, you're going to benefit from a probiotic, especially if you take an enzyme with that probiotic. You'll get a way better result even again. I hope that answers your question. Thank you guys for the question.
